Zimbabwe to welcome Afghanistan soon
In another important news about Zimbabwe, the rafters are all ready to welcome the Afghan national cricket team for test matches and T20I matches in October-November.
Afghanistan will lock the horns with Zimbabwe for a unique test and three T20is, the red ball game being played from October 20 and the three T20is played on October 29, October 31 and November 2.
It will notably be the second time in less than a year that the Zimbabwe national cricket team will welcome the national Afghan national team. Earlier, they welcomed Afghanistan 10 months ago for a full -fledged series.
“We are delighted to welcome Afghanistan again, this time for a unique test followed by three T20is in Harare,” said ZC director general, Givemore Makoni. “The meetings between Zimbabwe and Afghanistan have become very contested and entertaining, and we are convinced that this next tour will deliver more for our fans.”
