Daniel Tosh sells Lake Tahoe estate for $10.75 million

Daniel Tosh has officially sold his sprawling Lake Tahoe resort but the comedian isn’t leaving the area… TMZ has learned.
Real estate sources tell us the 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom estate officially closed on Friday for $10.75 million, and Tosh purchased another property across the lake to be closer to his friends, which is why he decided to sell.
The gated estate, which the former Comedy Central host purchased in 2018 for around $7 million, is located on the pristine West Coast between Tahoe City and Sunnyside, spans 1.6 acres and features three distinct homes, each with its own character and charm.
The Upper Room is the ultimate artist’s dream…4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, elevator, game room, industrial ice cream maker, 4 car garage, hot tub, fire pit, bocce and horseshoe courts, and expansive lawns with stunning lake views.
The Middle House preserves classic Tahoe charm with knotty pine interiors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a stone fireplace, kitchen with skylight, and steam shower – perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.
The lakeside cabin is a serene retreat with a studio loft, retro kitchenette, modern bathroom, and French doors opening directly to the lake.
In total, the property features 93 feet of lake frontage, two buoys and several outdoor spaces for enjoyment and relaxation.
Daniel may be moving, but one thing is clear…he’s still a Lake Tahoe guy, just across the lake now.
Kristina Bergstrand of Compass held the quotation and represented the buyer.
