Cubs provided links with the acquisition of intersane trade this season

Chicago Cubs are responsible for talents, but they should acquire more talented players before the trade deadline.
If the Cubs will exchange two or three players to add to the active list, they will also have to cut a few players in the team at the moment. Although it is generally a difficult decision, Cubs have an obvious candidate to designate for assignment: Utility Man Vidal Brujan.
Zachary Rotman of Fandeded recently predicted that Cubs would also reduce links with Brujan in the coming weeks.

“Small sample, of course, but Brujan has been on the active list since mid-April when it was activated from IL and started a total of six games,” wrote Rotman. “Yes, it essentially started two games a month for half of the season, which is absurd. For the most part, it has either entered a match in defensive replacement, a pinch of pinch or like a pinch in an eruption.
“Brujan can play a variety of posts, which is precious, but what else does it offer?
Cubs acquired Brujan in a job during the offseason, but it never really made sense. It does not exceed in anything, and the range of Chicago is far too talented for Brujan to gain a regular playing time.
Cutting it seems to be the obvious movement. He will probably be the first player to go from the list when the Cubs start to make their wholesale trade deadlines that everyone apparently expects what they do.
