Crystal Palace has been warned of the future of Oliver Glasner

The manager of Crystal Palace, Oliver Glasner, turned the fortune of the club.

In just a few months, the manager guided the Premier League team to his first two main pieces of silverware.

The Palais de Glasner team first beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final to win its first big piece of silverware.

They have now added the community shield to their office after beating Liverpool in Wembley in a penalty shootout.

The manager has shown that he can do wonders for the club, even with limited resources.

Crystal Palace warned the future of Oliver Glasner

After its success with Eintracht Francfurt, Glasner joined Palace offering fans optimism for the future, but even they would not have considered results like this.

Success comes responsibility and this could now put the palace in a delicate situation.

The former club president, Simon Jordan, gave them a warning on the future of Glasner, saying that if the director is not supported on the transfer market after his recent success, he could move away from the Selhurst park.

Speaking on the Jim White show on Talksport, Jordan said:

“Glasner must have had a conversation with Parrish. He must have had an explicit level of … not so much dictation, but his desire to constitute the team.

“And if he does not understand, then Palace will continue, but they will lose glasner as soon as possible if they do not support him to a certain extent.

“But the finances will not be huge. If you earn the FA Cup, you have not made a lot of money.”

Palace has only made two signatures this summer. The goalkeeper Walter Benitez and the rear of the rear Borna Sosa arrived at the Selhurst park, but the major problem remains the future of some of their current players.

Two of their star players, Captain Marc Guehi and midfielder Ebelechi Eze, could leave the club before the transfer window this summer.

Guehi is strongly prosecuted by the champions of the Premier League Liverpool whilebe attracted the attention of the Mikel Arteta arsenal.

More than any other signature, keeping these two players could be crucial for the Eagles.

Although it seems very unlikely that Guehi remains at the club because of its contractual situation, the club must support the manager on the market with a replacement worthy if that happens.
