THE StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 is the second CS2 Major of the year and will feature 32 teams from around the world qualifying based on their Valve regional rankings. The tournament has a prize pool of $1.25 million and will take place at MTK Sportpark and MVM Dome in Budapest. For the first time in Counter-Strike Major history, there will be a best-of-five grand finals match.

The StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 Pick’Ems is live and players can participate by purchasing the in-game Major Pass. For those who don’t know, this in-game event allows players to make predictions and unlock rare coins for their Steam profile.

Start time and date

The Starladder Budapest Major 2025 will take place in four phases: stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 and playoffs. The Major officially begins with the Stage 1 match between B8 and M80 on November 24, 2025, 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
