Fans are encouraged to arrive as soon as possible and pre-purchase parking to avoid traffic.

Be aware of the following events in the district of the arena which may have an impact on traffic and parking:

Delays on the national boulevard and coming from the north

• Game Clippers – 6:35 p.m.
• American Health Association Convenation at the Columbus Convention Center

Fans are encouraged to use the approved input routes to limit traffic.

Call all young Black & Gold fans! Children aged 14 and under can join the crew treasure hunt on the Lower.com field! Take a walk in the stadium to find hidden cats of the crew for children dispersed everywhere – each holding a special code. Find half or all of the crew cats and head to Koorsen Guest Services to claim a prize!

Please note that the north-west door will be closed for the 2025 season. Fans from the north lot can use the new north door for penetration and exit behind Nordecke.

Update of stadium policy: the Lower.com smoking section moves to the actual North Gate Start of this match

• AZ Guide – Smoking of any type in all other areas of Lower.com is prohibited, including the use of marijuana or THC products.

• More long expectations to scan your ticket! Scan your ticket (s) on the Axess turnsthes, similar to what you see at the airport.
• Express entrance: Lower.com Field now offers an express entrance with transparent and fast access to the stadium via a facial ticket office. Look for the yellow “express entrance” panels above the turnstiles on the left side of the AEP door (southeast corner). Fans can register for a free express entrance before the fastest way to enter the Lower.com field!

• No bag is authorized in the Lower.com field with the exception of: layer bags, medical bags and bags smaller than 5 “x8” x1 “. Guests with medical or child care needs will be allowed to transport a single bag in the Lower.com field.

• Connect to the free WiFi of the Lower.com field on your phone for a faster mobile connection (Name: stadium wifi)

• The Lower.com terrain is a stage without species. Cash2card kiosks are located behind section 108 and in the crew store.

• Lower.com Field will offer its complete food and drinks options. Consult a full list of food sellers here.
• We make boxes with each guest for alcoholic beverages please make sure to bring your identification!

• Prepare for the day with “The Heritage Kit” from the Archives collection by Adidas, celebrating 30 years^th Season of Major League Soccer in Columbus.
