“It is with a completely crushed heart and mind that I have to post this,” Amanda wrote on Instagram on August 26. “My little cousin went to sit at the feet of Jesus yesterday. She was a force with which it was necessary to count and showed the love that accepted and gave freely. She was the life of the party and my best friend.”
Amanda continued: “I know that our grandparents and friends were there to welcome you at home. Please pray for everyone who loves it. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported it. ”
A necrology published online for Katie shared: “She liked to fish, music and spend time with her family and friends.”
