Connections 107: Improvement room

Last week, I shared some comments from various patients and family members who were very satisfied with our care. These comments represent the majority of the responses we bring together in our survey efforts. This week, I would like to share some extracts from family members who noted that we had room for improvement.
“Too many appointments with too many people and different agencies have been made …”
“… I believe that, often, when an elderly patient is admitted, some people count them far too early …”
At OSF Support Care, we are delighted with comments from all our patients, family members and employees so that we can make sure that we provide the best care for patients. We have already followed our community of caregivers to determine how to best meet the expectations of our patients in such situations.
