The end of May is on us, and the Colorado Rockies are still at only nine victories. Antonio Senzatela enters the match with nine defeats on his file. Will the Rockies win their tenth game before losing his tenth? Discover.
Senzatela (1-9, 6.50 ERA) has granted at least four points deserved in eight of its last nine departures, the only exception being a round, an effort to race against the Nationals of Washington (this match also led to the only victory of Senza). This is not a big trend, but this is not all bad news. Senzatela generally opposed the dishes well, having a 2.70 MPM in six career appearances (five departures) against them. It’s been a minute since then – his last outing being the whole way back in 2023 – but we will see if these previous positive results take place on Saturday.
Kodai Senga (5-3, 1.46 ERA) was excellent. He made his tenth start to the season and has not yet granted more than three points at the start. Senga speed fields, especially its Forkball, were spectacular weapons and maintained the unbalanced battlers in a coherent manner. The Rockies will have to be disciplined in their approach against the old All -Star if they want to give results – but it was easier to say than to do this season.
After the somewhat surprising decision to send Michael Toglia to Triple-A Albuquerque in favor of Keston Hiura, Kyle Farmer will be the first starting basis today. We will see Iof Hiura to make his debut in the season in the subsequent stages of the game. Sam Hilliard, he himself only recently reminded the majors, starts in the left field after hitting a home run during last night’s defeat.
