The complaint is that Transunion did not conduct a reasonable survey on disputes in credit files and has not deleted the disputed hard checks. The office did not admit any reprehensible act but agreed to settle. No form is required to receive payment of payment.

“Errors on your credit report may have an impact on daily decisions like buying a car or refinance your home. You don’t want surprises when you do something like that,” said Pamela Hernandez with the Better Business Office.

If you see something there that doesn’t look good, perhaps a lender that you do not recognize, or that the amount is false, you can challenge it. First, dispute information with the credit report company or companies. Then disputes with the company that provided this information.
The final approval hearing for transunion regulations is scheduled for late July.
