Civil Service Pension Scheme owes me £21,300, five months after retirement | Consumption
I retired from the civil service five months ago and I still have not received my pension. I have complained to the Civil Service Pension Scheme (MyCSP) on several occasions, but he does not respond.
The Pensions Ombudsman says he needs proof that MyCSP has not responded to my complaint. How can I justify a lack of response?

MyCSP was criticized for service failures in June by the National Audit Office after a sharp rise in complaints. One area of concern was delays in the assessment and payment of pensions.
The company managed the project on behalf of the Cabinet Office until Capita took over the contract this month. The Cabinet Office told me they are waiting for information from your employer. In the meantime, your employer has told you that this was provided weeks ago.
MyCSP has claimed to offer high standards of service, but has not commented on your experience. Anyway, your backdated pension of £21,300 was paid six days after I disputed the delay.
