Christie Brinkley shares unique wedding advice on the recent podcast

Christie Brinkley shares an overview of how to operate a wedding.

During a recent appearance in an episode of “Are you a Charlotte?” Podcast, she and the host Kristin Davis began to talk about relationships and if marriage is “an outdated construction” in today’s world, which could make this connection “difficult”.

“You could get married, as” we will see if you want to renew it in five years “,” said Brinkley. “Every five years, go,” do you want to renew? “In this way, if you are bored or something else, you can get out of it without all lawyers and all that.”

The 71 -year -old Sports Illustrated Sports model has married four times. His first marriage was with Jean-François Allaux from 1973 to 1981, later marrying Billy Joel from 1985 to 1994, Richard Taubman from 1994 to 1995 and Peter Cook from 1996 to 2008.

His four marriages led Brinkley to accommodate three children. She had her daughter Alexa, now aged 39, with Joel, while sharing her son Jack, 30, and her daughter Sailor, 27, with Cook.

“I’m too confident,” she told New York Times in July when asked what she had learned from her four marriages. “I am a fool for love. This love takes work. Sometimes you have to count on experts. I would have liked to be able to find ways to save them; I would have liked to have not married others.”

She continued to discuss her past relationships with the point of sale, explaining “the relationships in which I was made me unloved”, but that she knows “that in the right arms, I am adorable”.

While on the podcast, Brinkley also spoke to Davis of his current love life and what it was to try the dating applications for the first time, explaining that his daughter Sailor put her on applications without her permission, but was surprised by the results.

“”[Sailor] said: ‘Mom, you are right not to continue [dating apps] Because the same guys as, you know, I said yes to say yes’, said Brinkley.

Brinkley previously talked about her past relationships, as well as other details of her life, in her memoirs, “Uptown Girl”, telling Davis that when she started writing the book, she “quickly discovered chapters that I really did not want to write”, but that it was the chapters that her “publishers were the most interested”.

“They are like,” people will refer because people go through divorces and people go through all of this – it must be relatable, “said Brinkley. “And if you want to give fun adventures and some of the things that modeling allowed me, you should also say that it is not always good things.”

She also talked about her relationship with Joel in the documentary HBO, “Billy Joel: and so on,” saying that she “wanted it to work”.

In the documentary, she explained that their relationship had started to have fun, but began to deteriorate because of her busy schedule and the end of the evenings, letting her wonder “What am I doing even here?”

“I don’t think it’s a secret that his alcohol consumption became quite bad, and he couldn’t really remember what he had done when he was drinking, so he didn’t really know how he could hurt people,” said Brinkley. “One night, we had an argument and I said,” I can really no longer take that, and I’m just going to bring Alexa back to New York and leave, and he said: “Yeah, very well, go.” “”
