Chris Jericho Suddenly Posts Comment About Potential WWE Return At AEW Worlds End 2025

Chris Jericho’s AEW status continues to be a matter of conjecture as the veteran remains absent from Worlds 2025. The former multi-time world champion has now shared a seemingly very significant remark regarding his rumored return to WWE.
For many months now, speculation has been circulating suggesting that Chris Jericho’s time with All Elite Wrestling may be coming to an end. The Learning Tree has been absent from the company’s programming since last April and may be offered retirement in WWE. The star has been sharing memories of his time at the sports entertainment giant for a while now, seemingly indicating that he may return to his old stomping grounds after his current contract expires at the end of the year.
This Saturday, as AEW held the final pay-per-view of its calendar year, Worlds End 2025, Jericho appeared in a YouTube special, Christmas dinner with Winnipeggers. Responding to a fan expressing hope of returning to WWE, Y2J seemingly refused to rule out the possibility, stating:

Recent reports claim that Jericho has not considered the creative plans of the Tony Khan-led company in recent times.
WWE Legend Thinks Chris Jericho Is Done With AEW
In a recent edition of The Extreme Life of Matt HardyWWE and TNA legend Matt Hardy has shared his thoughts on Chris Jericho’s All Elite Wrestling status. The Broken One argued that the inaugural All Elite Men’s Wrestling World Champion has already achieved everything he is capable of in the promotion, stating:
“I almost think it’s one of those things where I think the AEW fanbase has had their share of Chris Jericho in a lot of ways, and I think creatively he’s done pretty much everything he can do there. I mean, unless they want to put him back in the main event mix, but I don’t think the fanbase would be ready for that, even though they could probably make it work in some capacity. measure,” he said. It remains to be seen if Jericho will make his return to WWE next year in the Men’s Royal Rumble match.
