Chris Cuomo predicts that Trump will continue Elon Musk for defamation – and “I think he wins”
Chris Cuomo thinks that Donald Trump and Elon Musk have not yet started fighting, predicting that the president will carry his proven weapon – a defamation trial – to complete the work.
“People are missing where it could lead,” said the newspaper and the old CNN anchor on “Cuomo”, noting that he called their famous flame months ago, rolling a clip of himself saying: “I have a prediction. I do not think that musk and Trump are like they are today in a year. … There is only room for a bull in the court.”
It would be Trump, “said Cuomo current, calling Musk’s behavior” so stupid. So potentially expensive ”.
“I don’t see Trump as the loser,” he said. “Not for the moment. Musk has lost access. He has lost market share. He lost Maga Love.”
Cuomo added that Musk was right to be turned upside down by the lack of cuts in the “Big Beautiful Bill”, but has too personally at stake – like “comfortable contracts with Tesla, Spacex and Starlink” – to argue openly with the President.
But the most expensive Musk error committed, said Cuomo, was his postponement accusing Trump of being named in Epstein files: “It was not a question. It was an accusation. And that implies that Trump is a pedophile – on my ears.”
Cuomo noted that Trump had not responded, but it is not an admission as much as a potential legal strategy.
“Unless Musk is making a serious ass on the fast, Trump will continue him for defamation. And if Trump continues, I think he wins. Now, I don’t often like Trump’s use. … I don’t like him to continue 60 minutes.” … CBS is just above a barrel because, allegedly, their fusion is not approved as long as the costume is not settled.
But a Trump vs Musk defamation costume “is different”, concluded Cuomo. “It is not only the Musc Le Magnat. It comes from Musk, which was so close to the White House that it had all kinds of clearances and access – with its Doges that dig through everything.
