Offensive player of the week

The quarter junior Jacob Rufino completes 15 of the 22 passes for 204 yards and six affected for Elgin during a 43-21 victory against the Rival of Crosstown Larkin during the annual team trophy match. Rufino throws five receivers for TDS, including a second year student pair Ja’miere Moore while Maroons (4-2) move in a victory to become eligible in the playoffs.

Defensive player of the week

The junior secondary Rogan O’Neil totaled 11 plated, with two for defeat and a bag, and adds two quarter-arre sessions for Kaneland in a 34-14 victory in Sycamore. This is the first victory for the Knights on the Spartans since 2018.
