Chicken Parmesan Sloppy Jes

All the flavors of the chicken parmesan in the form Joe Sloppy!

ingredients
    For the sloppy JOES:
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 chicken chicken book (or beef or turkey)
  • 1 small onion, in dice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (link)
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano (or Italian seasoning (link))

  • 1 cup of mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of basil, finely decided (optional)
  • For garlic breads:
  • 1/4 cup of butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped / grated
  • 1 tablespoon of amonggiano Reggiano (Parmesan), grated
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley, chopped
  • 4 rolls (gluten -free for gluten -free)
instructions
    For the sloppy JOES:
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and onion and cook, breaking the chicken apart, until it is cooked.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until it is fragrant, about a minute.
  3. Add the Marinara and Oregano sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture between garlic rolls, garnish with parmesan and mozzarella. (The cheese must melt on the spicy sauce, but you can grill or warm it in the oven.)
  5. For garlic breads:
  6. Mix the butter, garlic, parmesan and parsley.
  7. Climbed the garlic butter inside the rolls and grill slightly.

Option: Add 1 cup of zucchini, grated and pressed from an excess liquid.
