Chelsea outline plans to sign Saïd Remadnia with ‘advanced talks’

Chelsea are continuing their youth revolution by now entering into “advanced talks” with an exciting young Marseille striker.
Chelsea spearheads youth recruitment drive, snapping up top talent
Chelsea’s recruitment strategy under BlueCo has fundamentally helped change the landscape of the European transfer market.
Where traditional big clubs once focused primarily on established stars, the Blues pioneered an aggressive model centered on signing the continent’s most promising teenagers before their value skyrocketed.
This approach has attracted both admiration and criticism.
Some point to the strategic genius of building a team capable of competing at an elite level over the next decade, while others wonder if this youth-centric approach leaves Enzo Maresca wanting more experienced players.
Nonetheless, they show absolutely no signs of slowing down, having recently agreed a deal with 16-year-old African sensation Mohamed Zongo, dubbed the ‘new generation Yaya Touré’.
Chelsea submit bid to sign ‘one of the most promising players of his generation’
It is very well rated.
Brazilian wonderkid Estevao is perhaps one of the biggest success stories of their transfer tactic so far, alongside star striker Cole Palmer, who quickly established himself as Chelsea’s talisman straight after his £42.5 million move from Man City two years ago.
The Blues are also set to welcome Emmanuel Emegha, Dastan Satpaev and Geovany Quenda to Stamford Bridge next year, adding to their array of successful prodigies, and the latter has already been labeled the ‘next Cristiano Ronaldo’ by sources in Portugal.
This week, according to French newspaper L’Equipe, Chelsea saw an opening bid of £7million rejected for highly-rated young striker Djylian N’Guessan. So it seems they are looking for teenage center forwards.
Now, according to Africa Foot, they are in talks with Marseille starlet Saïd Remadnia.
Chelsea in “advanced negotiations” with young Marseille player Said Remadnia
Indeed, it appears that the west London club has entered into “advanced negotiations” with representatives of Remadnia, a 16-year-old player currently playing in Marseille’s famous academy system.
Despite her youth, Remadnia already competes regularly for Marseille’s under-19 team, demonstrating the staff’s confidence in her abilities.
The striker has seemingly been recognized for his explosive pace, technical skills and goal-scoring instinct – attributes which perfectly fit the profile of Chelsea’s young attackers.
Chelsea officials have also met directly with Remadnia’s agents to outline their medium and long term plan for him, so this could be one to watch.
The teenager’s dual heritage, born in France to parents of Algerian and Tunisian origin, adds another dimension to his burgeoning profile with international coaches who are very impressed by his rise at Marseille.
Marseille now face a familiar problem facing French academies: keeping their most exciting prospects out of the clutches of the Premier League.
For Remadnia, he has a major choice to make.
Staying at Marseille allows for continued growth in a familiar environment with clearer pathways to senior football, but joining Chelsea and the BlueCo network could even offer him a trajectory at Strasbourg.
After seeing their bid for N’Guessan rejected this week, it appears Chelsea have set their sights on another highly promising young striker who AfricaFoot describes as “one of the brightest prospects” in Marseille’s academy and a “rising star”.
