Charlie Brooker making the Netflix series with Paddy Considine, Lena Headey

Black mirror Creator Charlie Brooker has won his next Netflix project.
Brooker is behind a series of detective in four parts without title with Dragon House Considine lead paddy, Game of Thrones Star Lena Headey and Georgina Campbell, who worked with Brooker on Black mirror Episode “Hang the DJ”.
The line line of the show calls it a “deeply serious and incredibly original criminal thriller in which a tormented detective from the northern city of Bleakford goes to London to take a ritual serial killer before missing people.
The term “deeply serious” is clearly used by the language in the cheeks and the quote from Brooker on the show can be read. ”

Brooker created the show and wrote with Ben Caudell, Jason Hazeley, Emer Kenny, Daniel Maier and Joel Morris, with additional equipment from Victoria Asare Archer. Brooker is also executive next to it Black mirror EPS Annabel Jones and Jessica Rhoades. Mark Kinsella is CO-EP, Richard Webb is producer and Al Campbell directs.
The show will be produced by Netflix, said a streamer spokesperson, rather than a specific British production company. Several weeks ago, we revealed that Brooker and Jones had left their production company belonging to Netflix Broke & Bones after five years. Deadline revealed for the first time the $ 100 million agreement in 2020, which we noted at the time was structured over five years.
Black mirror Season 7 was the previous Netflix project in Brooker and launched in April 2025. Episodes presented people like Rashida Jones, Issa Rae and Paul Giamatti. No word yet on season 8.
