With Callum Osmand signed and delivered, Celtic would have now turned their attention to another young talent in what is an eventful race for its signature.
Osmand “really excited” by the Celtic movement
After Kieran Tierney, Benjamin Nygren and Ross Doohan through the door, Osman officially put a pen on Celtic paper earlier this week. Arriving from Fulham, the 19 -year -old will aim to enter the plans of the first team from Brendan Rodgers as soon as possible in Scotland.
After his arrival, the young striker said to the official Celtic website: “It is a massive movement. I am really excited and I can’t wait to go out to Celtic Park in front of all fans.
“The winning mentality at Celtic is obviously incredible and I want to win trophies here. Each game in which I enter here, I want to win, and I have the impression that we have all the facilities, the players and the staff to do it.”
The former man of Fulham is not the first to exchange the cottager of Celtic Park either, with Moussa Dembele and Matt O’riley opening the way before Osmand, who tried to mention the two players: “Obviously, there have been several names that came to Celtic like Moussa Dembele and Matt O’riley.
“I spoke to Matt on the phone, so he gave me advice. He told me about things, that I knew too. He told me how big the club, how incredible fans are and it is really a new life. So excited is definitely the word for me.”
After the arrival of Osmand, Celtic’s attention is not intended to change anytime soon. The reports now indicate that they have now instantly turned their attention to the signing of another impressive young talent.
Celtic joins the race to sign “Special” O’Sullivan
According to Irish Independent, Celtic has now joined the race to sign Cathal O’Sullivan from the Irish club Cork City this summer. It will be a complex affair to do, because the Scottish champions have joined Brentford and Preston North End in an already eventful battle to win the 18 -year -old midfielder.
Like Osmand, O’Sullivan is full of talent and has often been in the center of praise. Speaking of one of the best young talents in Ireland, the former Preston and the current striker of Cork City, Sean Maguire, told journalists: “He is one of the best young guys I played with, and that includes in England. Not just because of his talent, it’s just his attitude towards everything.
