Celebration of the day of independence in Waynesboro to come on July 3

The holidays of July 4 are approaching at our doorstep and the annual celebration of the independence day of July 3 in Waynesboro, presented by Wayne Halfway House and the city of Waynesboro, again promises to bring good food, sensational music and impressive fireworks.
Gates will open the city park of Waynesboro at 4.30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, for the celebration of the independence day. Food trucks are already booking their spots, where they will offer delicious food options for the participants in the event.
The musical interpreter at the head of the celebration of the independence day is Chayce Beckham, who will go on stage at 5.30 pm four years after having become the only artist to win American Idol by singing his own songs, the artist Country Chayce Beckham is living proof of his conviction that “You cannot tell someone to write a song.” According to Beckham’s organic, the Ardent-Performer singer-songwriter has given a course he could take, and today remains even more dedicated to his unique creative compass.
At the end of 2020, Beckham worked as a heavy machine operator in his native in southern California. Only two weeks before he auditioned for American Idol, he was involved in an almost fatal car wreck. Beckham remained determined to audition for the popular television show and won the competition, starting his new promising musical career.
A native of California educated difficult moments and a mixture of country, rock, and beyond, Beckham started a habit of writing songs on his handle after a few difficult moments when he felt that he had nothing. His first album embraces a timeless sound country-rock defined by the violins, the steel guitar and a lot of attitude against the grain.
Drake White, a promising singer / composer with a powerful story of return. He grew up singing in the choir of young people in his church in Alabama where he was born and grew up. He had already started to visit the country to interpret his innovative country music, when in August 2019, he collapsed on stage due to a hemorrhagic stroke. The doctors told him that he could never play again, but he has since proven them. After having undergone a series of surgeries to repair his arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and go through months of physiotherapy, White resumed where he had stopped. He received distinctions from Rolling Stone magazine and the Grammy’s artist of tomorrow and received the international song of the year from the British CMA Awards.
After musical performances, Waynesboro’s sky again lights up with a spectacular fireworks. Fireworks are always a breathtaking end to a night of celebration and pleasure.
