During a live stream on X Spaces, Cardi B spoke with her followers about many topics, including her rap nemesis, BIA. The 34-year-old, real name Bianca Miquela Landrau, recently released her debut studio album, “BIANCA.”
However, according to Billboard, the project failed to make the publication’s Top 200 Albums list, earning only 3,000 “equivalent album units” in its first week.
After a fan mentioned BIA’s low sales during the livestream, Cardi B admitted that she was done with their problem, stating that she didn’t want to kick the rapper while she was down.
“I don’t pick on bitches,” she said. “I don’t wake up every day and say, ‘I’m going to go after this girl because I can.'”
Cardi B continued, “I just found out BIA’s numbers yesterday. I’m not going to go after her for that shit. So it’s over the top.”

Before Cardi B’s change of heart, the “Love & Hip Hop” alum ignited a storm on social media and within the industry when she released her second studio album, “Am I The Drama?”
In one of the tracks, “Pretty & Petty,” Cardi B wastes no time on BIA, mentioning the “We On Go” rapper’s name within the first 10 seconds of the song.
“Name five BIA songs, gun pointed at your head,” she opened the song before coming down on her physical appearance, calling it “Diarrhea BIA,” according to a previous report from The Blast.
“I’d rather die on the operating table before I have to walk around here looking like you,” she also rapped in the song.
According to Cardi B, she would have directly attacked BIA because of the latter’s previous comments about her children. Even though Cardi B admitted that she could have let BIA’s statements slide, she decided to respond to show her children that she would always stand up for them.

Cardi B’s album became available for streaming in mid-September 2025 and sold over 200,000 equivalent units in its first week.
While some detractors called the album a “flop,” the “WAP” rapper clapped back, expressing gratitude to her supporters while rejecting claims that sales mean everything.
“The numbers have been so dramatic,” the mother of three said. “First of all, I’m very proud of my act. Very proud of my act. We’re in a very different time when it comes to music. So not only am I proud of my numbers, but you got some bitches on the sidelines that will try to make you not feel proud of your numbers.”

According to another report from The Blast, Cardi B recently had an important conversation with her followers about the cost of living in America, while criticizing the president. Donald Trump for allegedly refusing to help those who need it most.
The mother of three admitted she didn’t pay attention to prices in the United States until she started helping a relative look for an apartment. While searching, Cardi B said she noticed that “the rent is so expensive… in the cheapest district.”
She then turned to Trump, saying, “I don’t like that there are a lot of single people, there are a lot of students, there are a lot of people who work nine to five and because they work, they don’t get any help from the government. I’ve always hated that.”

Around the same time she was making headlines for her statements about Trump, Cardi B also made her followers aware of PrEP, a once-a-day pill that stops HIV transmission by 99%.
After attending MISTR’s National PrEP Day at the Abbey in Los Angeles, California, the “UP” singer encouraged her followers to consider taking medication to stay safe.
“I understand where the stigma comes from and everything. HIV is really prevalent in the gay community. But why do you think these bitches don’t have this shit?” she asked. “You have to take this shit too. This shit for everyone.”
