Cardi B is not responsible for 24 million dollars

A Los Angeles jury authorized Cardi B accusations of assaulting a security guard who continued him for $ 24 million for the alleged attack, reports Rolling Stone.
Emani Ellis alleged that the rapper winner of a Grammy had cut off his face with his nail outside an obstetrician office in 2018. The trial aroused national attention and gave viral memes attached to the behavior of card.
Cardi said that Ellis had followed her and filmed her in the doctor’s office without her permission, leading the pair to enter a heated “debate”, as she described. The rapper was pregnant at the time.
In her original complaint, Ellis accused card of having attacked her, spitting her and using “racial insults” against her. She also claims that the alleged altercation and the “celebrity status” of Cardi returned it. While the trial began last week, Ellis’ lawyer Ron Rosen Janfaza confirmed that his client had abandoned complaints relating to his dismissal.
Janfaza also said that Ellis had stopped demanding $ 24 million and asked for compensation for her medical expenses with $ 250,000.
“She was mistreated. She was injured. She was attacked and beaten by Cardi B, and Cardi B has to pay for this,” JANFAZA said in court on Tuesday.
During her stay, Ellis said that she had called the name of card by seeing her in the doctor’s office that day. She said she didn’t talk to anyone about her phone and never recorded the rapper.
“She was extremely upset,” said Ellis. “She put her finger in my face. I was deeply traumatized on what happened. ”
From Cardi, she accused Ellis of “invading” her private life. “Now we are like a chest on the chest,” she said. “I think myself, this girl is tall. She has large black boots. I’m like, damn, what am I going to do now? She is literally in the face, like, on my chest, and we are disparaging, I tell her to go back. And she does not back down. “
