Byd keeps an eye on Europe, Latin America, while Tesla sees collapsing

Byd, the best Chinese automaker, plans to sell half of its cars outside China by 2030, Reuters reported. Growth will mainly be powered by expansion in Latin America and Europe, as the United States is still limited to Chinese car manufacturers due to commercial restrictions. On the other hand, the main rival of Byd, Tesla, saw expeditions of its drop in the Shanghai factory for the seventh consecutive month, according to Bloomberg – 58,459 cars were shipped, which was about 6% less than last year.
American states are fighting against the Trump administration on the freezing of the EV load fund

A joint venture between Foxconn and the Taiwanese car manufacturer Yulon Motors will conceive and build electric vehicles for Mitsubishi in Taiwan. The new model should be launched in the second half of 2026 in Australia and New Zealand.
