Burgers in southwest Turkey with a zucchini

Türkiye wet and zucchini pancakes with chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion in hamburgers with lettuce, tomato, guacamole and mayo chipotle!
Hamburgers are a classic summer cuisine and these hamburgers in the southwest turkey are a tasty favorite. The turkey is a good option for burgers and because it can be on the dry side, I like to add grated zucchini that help keep the pancakes pleasant and humid when cooked! The seasoning of these hamburgers is a simple southwest mixture of chipotle chili powder, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, work with Worcestershire, salt and pepper. The cheese is optional and I like a nice pepper jack or cheddar which is melted on the pancakes after their cooking. You can choose all the hamburger fittings you love and I generally go with lettuce, tomato, guacamole and mayo chipotle!
