Buffalo chicken with hot honey

Chicken in a sweet, tangy and spicy hot honey sauce!
ingredients
- 2 pounds of boneless chicken or small thighs
- 1 tablespoon (smoke) Paprika
- 2 teaspoons of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of spicy sauce (like Frank Red Hot)
- 1/4 honey cup
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of oil
instructions
- Rub the chicken with the mixture of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the spicy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes, put on the spark, turn off the heat and let cool.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the chicken and cook (165F), about 3-7 minutes per side.
- Enjoy the chicken covered with hot honey sauce.
