Buccaneers nfl week five 2025 depth table
Each week during the regular season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers communications department publishes a “game outing” to help the media to cover their next game. In this press release there are a number of documents concerning the list of players, including a depth table, which lists the hierarchical order in each position in attack, defense and special teams.
Each week of match, we will take a closer look at this depth painting, highlighting any relevant change or notes of the previous game and which players have seen a notable action in this game. Let’s go in attack. Recruits are marked with an asterisk. The players we will discuss in depth are highlighted in a daring text.

Chris Godwin made his debut in 2025 in the fourth week against Philadelphia, returning from the serious ankle injury he suffered during the seventh week of last season, and immediately fell into a major role. Godwin started the game and played 58 of the 72 possible offensive snaps. He finished the match with three catches on 10 targets for 26 yards. The WR Tez Johnson recruit has seen its biggest part of the season so far, starting in a set of three receivers with Godwin and Emeka Egbuka and playing 23 offensive snaps. Johnson recorded both its first reception of the NFL, for eight yards on the first game of the match, and its first NFL transport, winning five yards on an end of the end.
Ball carrier Rachaad White has also seen his biggest share of the back-terrain workload this season, playing 30 snaps at the 44 recorded by Bucky Irving. Irving has always led, from 20 to 10, and produced 165 melee yards and a touchdown.
The Buccaneers have not yet adjusted their depth painting on the right, although it seems that this work is currently belonging to Luke Hagard, who made his second consecutive departure in the four week. With the beginnings in 2025 of Tristan Wirfs, the BUCs brought three players to their original positions, with Wirfs in the left tackle, Graham Barton in the center and Ben Bredeson to the left guard. The five starters of the offensive line, including Charlie Heck on the right, played all the offensive shots against Philadelphia.
Before the fourth week, the Buccaneers had a distribution of 25-25 between the offensive and the defense on the list of 53 men (the other places belonging to specialists). However, the move of the winger tight Ko Kieft to the injured end of the season reserve and the promotion of DL CJ Brewer from the training team have now separated 26-24 in favor of the defense.

The Cornerback recruit Benjamin Morrison, who was inactive in the first week and then played a total of 31 defensive snaps in two and three weeks, saw an increase in his playing time in the fourth week, with 39 snaps in defense. While occasionally filled Jamel Dean to one of the external corners, he resumed the main work against Philadelphia when Dean left the match with an injury after 14 snaps. Morrison collected three plated and a pass defense before leaving the late match with an injury.
On the edge, Yaya Diaby absorbed 47 defensive snaps, or 82% of the total and collected three plated, but Haason Reddick left the game early to be assessed for a concussion and was limited to 31 snaps. This led to an 18 -year -old defensive summit for Chris Braswell, who had two plated and a tackle for the loss, one of the 11 TFL produced by the defense of Tampa Bay against the Eagles.
