“We don’t really like to dinner,” he said. “We don’t like to party or something like that. When we are together, which is most of the time, we spend time with our four dogs and drink wine at home.”
Brooklyn and Nicola started to go out together in October 2019, then made their official Instagram relationship in January 2020. Seven months later, Brooklyn asked the question – that is why he encourages people not to underline on time, even with regard to work.
“I have always had so much waste because I did not find what I liked, in terms of work, until the age of 21, 22,” he said. “This is why for five years, everyone has been like” Brooklyn does nothing. “But behind the scenes, I worked on my spicy sauce.”

In 2024, Brooklyn launched his brand of spicy sauce, Cloud23, and he said that it could not have happened without Nicola.
“Four years ago, I was just trying to understand what I wanted to do, in terms of career path, and she said to me:” We love food. Why don’t you do something with food? “” Brooklyn remembers. “I said to myself:” I love to cook, but I don’t really want to become a chef. “”
After being “drunk one night,” said Brooklyn, he and Nicola looked for videos and “started making a spicy sauce”.
“It was quite easy,” he said to people. “I love together and spicy, so we made the flavor of Jalapeño sweet first. We were amazed at the quality of quality. Then, the next day, I started to do research, and I found an empty space for high -end picture sauces with a magnificent bottle and the cleanest ingredients.

Brooklyn presented its spicy sauce – which is currently available in two flavors: Hot Habenero and Sweet Jalapeño – Throughout its Airbnb Originals experience, called a summer party with Brooklyn Peltz Beckham. Upon their arrival at the event, the guests were treated to a martini of spicy pickles infused with his spicy sauce, and they were then taught by chef Aaron May how to make a chemichurri with the sauce.
“I have always been a massive gourmet,” notes Brooklyn. “I always liked to try different kitchens and meet different chefs. I travel a lot. It’s something just obsessed me. I cook for my wife, cooking for my dogs, cooking for my friends. It’s my favorite thing. I always organize people, me and my wife. We have fun with that.”
During accommodation, Brooklyn says that her essential meal for guests is spaghetti bolognase. What makes him special?
“I add an entire bottle of red wine,” he said. “The cheapest red wine is always the best for the Bolognese. I actually put 10 bay sheets in there. I don’t know where I learned that, but I put the wine plug in the pot. I don’t think that does nothing. Then, I simply marinated it for five hours.”

In addition to good food, Brooklyn says he “must have candles” during accommodation.
“I love the trudon candles,” he said. “I must have good music, and the lighting is very important. We don’t like it super bright. We just prefer to have a lot of candles, with the lights really, really, really low.”
