Philadelphia – Milwaukee Brewers designated the striker Christian Yelich left Sunday’s match against the Philadelphia Phillies after being struck by land during the first round.
Yelich suffered a bruise on the right, Brewers announced. He was hit by a lead at 90 mph from the Ranger Suarez. He stayed in the game but was lifted for the pinch of pinching Eric Haase in the third.
Yelich Bat .233 This season with 12 teams at the top of the team and 39 products produced. He had four strokes in the 17-7 Saturday victory against the Phillies and dominated twice on Friday evening.
Yelich missed 81 games last season due to an injury to the lower back.
