Blake Monroe won the first NXT Ple’s match with Jordynne Grace vs Fatal Influence

In his first WWE television match, Blake Monroe teams up with Jordynne Grace to defeat Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley from Fatal Influence to Nxt Great American Bash on Saturday.

The TNA female champion, Masha Slamovich, made a surprise appearance in the match to neutralize the member of the deadly influence Jazmyn Nyx, and Monroe took advantage of it by pinning Jayne for the victory.

Before arriving at WWE last month, Monroe spent about a year and a half in Aew under the name of Mariah May. She organized the Women’s World Championship AEW for 174 days and was part of the biggest female story in history with Toni Storm.

When Monroe made her debut in the episode of NXT June 3, she did it by interrupting Jayne, who had just won the NXT female championship by beating Stephanie Vaquer a week earlier.

Monroe officially signed her WWE NXT contract a few weeks later, but the segment was interrupted with a fatal influence, and he ended with Jayne and Henley putting the glamor through a table.

This same week, a modified tournament to determine candidate No. 1 for the Jayne NXT female title also started on NXT.

Grace, Jaida Parker, Lash Legend and Izzi Dame all won first -round matches to qualify for the deadly 4 -way 1 game 1, and Grace was victorious in the NXT June 24 episode to win a female title match of NXT against Jayne in Evolution.

A week later, Grace reduced a promotion of the importance of participating in the evolution and potentially winning the NXT female championship when it was interrupted by a fatal influence.

Jayne and Henley launched a two attack on one, which led Monroe to run to the ring for the same ratings and to make the fatal influence work.

The director general of NXT, Ava, closed the show by announcing that Grace and Monroe would team up against Jayne and Henley at Great American Bash, just a day before evolution.

With Monroe and Grace winning the victory on Saturday, he appears to give Grace a ton of momentum in his female title match NXT against Jayne on Sunday.
