Björn Borg, on the 11th time champion of the Grand Chelem, revealed in his autobiography that he lived with prostate cancer.

Borg, 69, writes that: “There is always a risk that cancer can spread, and this is something with which I will have to live for some time now. Every six months, I will go through the worried wait to know if we have caught it in time.
“Fear goes and comes. But it’s life, isn’t it? You never really know what happens. Just get the best of each day.”
In a video interview a few weeks ago, Borg, who won five consecutive titles from Wimbledon between 1976 and 1980, was enthusiastic about the release of the book and the process of writing with his wife, Patricia. He describes many experiences of imminent death and details the extent of his dependence on cocaine after his early retirement from tennis in the mid -twenty.
Speaking of the future, Borg, who lives in Stockholm but spends time regularly in Ibiza, said: “I have two beautiful sons, Robin and Leo [a pro tennis player once ranked No. 334]. I have two beautiful grandchildren, aged 12 and 10. And I’m a bit of a father, and I want to spend a lot of time with the family. And it’s important for me.
