Kelly Clarkson returns to social media with personal message following Brandon Blackstock’s death

I know you’re going to end up in therapy one day. I don’t know why, but I’m trying my best to limit it. Just like, help me.'”
THE American idol former student – who is also the mother of a 9 year old son Remington Alexander Blackstock with her late ex-husband Brandon Blackstock– is also reflected in how she thinks a person’s view of their parents changes as they get older.
“It’s interesting too: As we get older, you understand even if those decisions weren’t good decisions for you,” the 43-year-old said, “you understand them in a different light and you become a parent. You have a little more empathy than you might have had in your 20s.”
