The village of Belmont Park celebrates its birthday, and the luxury release in Elmont, New York, marks the opportunity with a multitude of new openings and events.
The latest addition to the Bicester collection, a global portfolio of retail, entertainment and hotel destinations, Belmont Park Village is the twelfth business center of the company in the world and the first to open in North America (just a hop, jump and jump from New York by car or Lirr). Thousands of guests have since crossed the dramatic entrance doors, which leads to an outdoor space which merges the charm of a European hamlet with luxury purchases, restaurants and equipment of a five -star hotel. The thrill of the agreement persists, only with picturesque alleys, a lush landscaping and a square inspiration architecture of the city to guide you to your frugal findRather than crazy pull -ups through a shopping center.
The village of Belmont Park officially celebrates its first birthday on October 16, with special activations and festivities that take place throughout the month, leading to “Trick Or Treat on the village scale” during the Halloween evening. The point of sale also welcomes a new coach store in October, with Canali, Gianvito Rossi and the Belgian brand Neuhaus Chocolates which will open in November. They join previously open shops from Vivienne Westwood, Thom Browne, Orlebar Brown, Missoni and outdoor brand rains, which all opened their first North American exit locations in the village.
The new brasserie in Cendress, in the meantime, opened its doors during the summer, bringing award -winning chief James Beard Timothy Hollingsworth to Long Island. Inspired by his stay at the French laundry – the innovative Michelin star restaurant from Thomas Keller in Napa Valley – the new concept of Hollingsworth merges “French culinary technique with comforting American cuisine”. Think: a “French bread pizza”, high Steak with pepperand a flight to Martini accompanied by a trio of bite accessories.
Purchases continue to be the biggest draw, and although the property does not use the term “outing shopping center” in its marketing, all Belmont Park Village stores offer up to 65% reduction, with “collections of previous seasons” and “rare and sought after”, according to a description of the company. The Missoni store offers the largest collection of Missoni house products at a reduced price in the United States, while the points of sale of Vivienne Westwood, Cavalli and Valentino store red carpet looks and unique parts directly from previous track collections (and yes, they are also offered to a reduction). The other stores that should open in the coming months include Kiton, Brunello Cucinelli and popular brand of French classics, APC, when they are fully occupied, managers say that the shopping center will boast more than 150 out -of -the -price shops.
The property is also based on its proximity to UBS Arena – which houses the New York Islanders hockey team, and a certain number of high -level concerts – to create a day and night Hub on Long Island for entertainment (the village is also near the redevelopment of Belmont Park, the renowned site of the Belmont Stakes horse race).
“Belmont Park has been redesigned for a new era, as a world class monument where fashion, sport, music and entertainment converge,” explains Jason Katz, commercial director of the Bicester collection. “The most recent addition to this transformation, Belmont Park Village, is to redefine what purchases in person mean for Metro New York – defined by five -star hospitality and memorable experiences for guests, whether they come from the corner or the whole world.”
Following for Belmont Park Village: an extension of its free concierge services (such as the popular hands-free shopping offer, with bags delivered to your car) and the extension of the apartment, an exclusive suite space offering the afternoon, private purchases and a respite for VIP guests (Jessica Simpson spent the afternoon before presenting the recent MTV Music Awards Rue to UBS). Described in public relations materials as an “oasis” and an “workshop by invitation only”, the apartment should also be made available for private dinners, trunk shows and special events.
And Belmont Park is transformed for the holidays from November 28, with festive shows, manufacturers and of course, a chance to visit Santa Claus.
In a press release, Belmont Park Village claims that his birthday announces a “new era for experiential retail in the heart of the New York metropolis”.
The village of Belmont Park is located at 2601 Hempstead Turnpike, in Elmont, New York.
