EXCLUSIVE: Madeline Delp (Ballroom), Rob Delaney (Die for sex), and Ray Fisher (The piano lesson) are new additions to Be heumannDrama of Apple’s civil rights based on the successful memories of disability activist Judy Heumann.
The trio joins the stars announced Ruth Madeley, Mark Ruffalo and Dylan O’Brien in the cast. Delp will play the militant of the rights of the handicap Kitty Cone, with Fisher as Chuck Johnson of the Black Panther Party and Delaney as a member of the Congress Miller. The latter character is probably modeled by George Miller, who played a key role in supporting Heumann and his fight for the rights of disability during the 1970s.
Be heumann Heumann follows as she leads more than a hundred disabled people to take over the federal building of San Francisco, by launching a 28-day sit-in in 1977. The demonstrators quickly form a closely linked community, refusing to leave until the government applies article 504 of the rehabilitation law, which required that all federal spaces become accessible.
In the film of CODA The winner of an Oscar, Siân Heder, Madeley plays the title role, with Ruffalo in the role of Joseph Califano, American secretary for health, education and well-being under President Jimmy Carter, and O’Brien as Evan White, one of the few reporters covering the manifestations of the rights of the Dissection of San Francisco.

David Permut (Hacksaw Ridge,, Face / OFF) will produce presentations allowed alongside Kevin Walsh (Napoleon,, Manchester by the sea), of which Walsh is under a global agreement with Apple. Heumann managers, John W. Beach and Kevin Cleary by Gravity Squared Entertainment, will also serve as producers, with Heumann, Be heumann Co-author Kristen Joinner, Diana Pokorny and Jim Lebrecht Exec Product.
