The Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) proposed a kind gesture for South Africa Cricket (CSA). According to PTI reports, we learn that the Director organ asked all the franchises to leave the South African players to WTC return home early.

The development was confirmed by the journalist Bharat Sharma of PTI, who took his Twitter account and said:

This occurs after the BCCI and the CSA were involved in the discussions. The Board Cricket Board wanted to bring their players back on May 26 so that they can prepare for the final of the World CPI testing championship against Australia. The confrontation of the summit will be played from June 11 at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London.
According to the initial agreement with BCCI, the South African players had to return home after the IPL 2025 final, which was to take place on May 25. However, due to tensions between India and Pakistan, the tournament was postponed for a week and should now resume on May 17.
