Battlefield Studios has responded to player complaints regarding Battlefield 6’s 1.1.3.0 Winter Offensive update, which unintentionally led to widespread issues including gameplay stutters, slow main menu navigation, and more.
“I want to make it clear, your experience and feedback matters,” community manager Kevin Johnson tweeted earlier this week in light of online chatter around the update. “All of our Battlefield Studios teams are working to resolve issues found and ensure your experience is the best it can be. Please keep us focused, fixes are either here or in progress.”
“The team has reviewed all reports since the update, including items related to Breakthrough, Firing Range, Portal, Main Menu, and performance topics such as micro-stuttering on PC, as well as several other issues raised by the community,” read a separate statement posted on social media.
Several issues are currently being addressed if they haven’t already been addressed in the update that arrived on PC earlier in the week, which focused on stuttering and a Firing Range bug. You can see the full list of issues and resolutions in the statement above.
“We will continue to validate resolutions already in development, collect additional data from your reports, and prioritize remaining issues based on their severity and impact on players,” the statement continued. “Several items have already been fixed or will be fixed with our upcoming patches. Further improvements are planned in future updates.”
Battlefield 6 is adding more vehicles to Breakthrough, but players have one specific request for the mode: “Bring back 64 players from Breakthrough, cowards!”
