Amazon recalls two items due to risk of injury or death

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is urging consumers to stop using playgrounds sold on Amazon due to the risk of serious injury or death.
Anna Queen playgrounds have been recalled for creating choking and entrapment hazards and violating mandatory standards for playgrounds.
Infants may become trapped under the play area mattress or between the side of the product and the mattress, according to the recall notice.
The recall affects approximately 70 units of playgrounds sold online at Amazon since March 2025 for $100 to $110.
The play areas have black fabric sides and mesh panels with gray trim. The upper rails are covered in white fabric with multi-colored bear faces, paws and the word “bear” printed on it. The mattress also has the bear print.
The affected playgrounds are marked “Model: P700” and “Production date: 202503” which are printed on the packaging and removable label.
The CPSC recommends that consumers immediately stop using the recalled product.
Consumers should remove the fabric cover from the play area, cut it out with the mattress and email a photo to Anna Queen at tingerservice@outlook.com for a full refund.
No incidents or injuries have been reported with the recalled playgrounds.
