Authorities arrest 20-year-old for kidnapping and sexual assault

Madison County authorities arrested a 20-year-old man Friday in connection with several serious criminal charges involving a juvenile.

According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Adolfo Guerra was arrested on December 26, 2025 and booked into the Madison County Detention Center. Jail records show the case remains active and no bond has been set.

Guerra faces multiple charges, including first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse and kidnapping of a minor, according to detention center records.

Authorities have not released additional details about the investigation. As of Saturday, Guerra remained in custody awaiting further legal proceedings.

All charges are allegations and the accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
