SEATTLE – – Shea Langeliers struck a double with two withdrawals in the 10th round and athletics retained the seattle navy 2-1 Saturday evening.
Athletics, which brought together five sure, also scored in the fourth when Darell Hernnaiz led to Jacob Wilson with a single.
Randy Arozarena equaled it for the navy in the sixth with his 24th place at home in career. Its previous summit was 23 in 2023 with Tampa Bay.
Seattle fell by three games behind Houston’s first place in Al West, but has an advantage of three games on Kansas City for the final Wild Card of the American League.
Tyler Ferguson (3-2) launched 1 1/3 rounds without sure blow for victory. Hogan Harris entered two runners on board at the 10th and obtained two withdrawals for his second stop.
