Asparagus recipes – Cupboard kitchen

The local asparagus season is almost there, which is great because it is one of my favorite foods! Asparagus is one of the first vegetables to present itself after a long cold winter, so I always appreciate its arrival and eat a lot! It is a very versatile vegetable that can be used in different ways, salad soups, sandwiches, alongside, pots, etc. And I like to experience new ways to use it during the brief period before the rest of the Summe generosity begins to appear. Here are some of my favorite asparagus recipes and have been waiting for a few new ones since I just took a ton at the farmer market!
