This is a difficult opening mission for visitors, but the new Captain David Raum is impatient to use it as a gauge.
He said: “For us, this is a good measure to see where we are. We are entering the back of a mixed season. It is important to know how you present yourself in such a game. Of course, the result counts, but it is also important for your own feeling.”

Bayern will have the same team that beat Stuttgart, the Tom Bischof bar which underwent surgery to withdraw its annex.
Tidiam Gomis and Andrija Maksimovic joined the training, but we do not know if they will be available for Leipzig.
Benjamin Henrichs remains away as he continues his return from a broken Achilles tendon.
