Many have questioned the Belarusian’s decision to avoid these two competitions, considering as important that it begins its preparation of the hard terrain as soon as possible if it must defend its cincinnati and US Open titles.

However, she has now delivered a very valid reason to explain why she jumped the latter from these two events in particular, targeting the tennis calendar in the process.

“I really hope that these lessons that I learned in the previous Slams will help me. I really hope that I will arrive at my apogee at the open. ”

“I think that people know me as a player and as a person today,” she said. “I have the impression that people know:” On the ground, she is great, she is passionate, she is concentrated, she fights for her dream. Aryna Sabalenka will seek to defend his titles Cincinnati and US Open

Although making a break is of paramount importance for tennis players, in particular given the physical and mental demand for their sport, it will be good to see Sabalenka in action.

After all, we were without her and a crowd of other big names, after Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner all withdrew from Montreal.

The latter of this trio will however have a very similar perspective to the 27 -year -old man, hoping to defend their titles Cincinnati and US Open in the coming months.

Perhaps, given that the two have imitated the planning strategy of each other, this will mark the best way to tackle it.

After all, the new 12 -day format actually saw Cincinnati start before the end of Montreal. As such, despite the fact that she was the winner of this last event, Victoria Mboko withdrew from Cincinnati. It is simply not possible.
