Arsenal starts talks to sign 85 million pounds sterling superstar

There may still be 90 minutes to play, but for most arsenal fans, the season is now over.

Instead of looking forward to what is now a fairly insignificant premier match on Sunday afternoon, supporters are starting to dream of what the club could do in the summer transfer window.

After all, after last year, the new sports director Andrea Berta has a great job in her hands to convince them that the board of directors is ready to do everything to finally pass the club next season.

Fortunately, recent reports have now praised an international superstar for a move to the Gunners, someone who is just the kind of signature fans shouted and someone who would be a dream addition to Bukayo Saka.

Arsenal Transfer News

The past few weeks have seen Arsenal linked to an incredibly talented plethora of footballers, like Viktor Gyokerres and Ebelechi Eze.

The first could end up costing the club as little as 55 million pounds sterling if we believe the reports, which could well be one of the offers of the summer, because in just 51 games this quarter, he scored 53 goals and provided 13 assists.

Eze, on the other hand, will cost around 68 million pounds sterling due to a liberation clause in its current agreement, although once again, thanks to its ability to play in several positions and to the fact that it has accumulated 25 goal involvement in 42 games this season, makes these costs more than reasonable.

However, to really help bring the team to another level and through the finish line next season, Arteta and Co may want to sign a superstar in good faith, someone like Rodrygo.

According to a recent report by Florian Prettenberg by Sky Sports Germany, Arsenal is “now seriously” to move for the Real Madrid star.

The journalist revealed that the talks have already “started behind the scenes” and that the agreement is “on”.

The report is not mentioned, but according to other stories of the beginning of the month, the Brazilian winger could be available for around 85 million pounds Sterling.

It would be a complicated and expensive transfer to do, but given Rodrygo’s stature and ability, it is worth pushing the boat, especially since it would seriously help Saka.

Why Rodrygo would be a dreaming dream for Saka

So if Arsenal is able to conclude the agreement and bring Roddryo to the Emirates this summer, why would his signature be such a good thing for Saka?

Real Madrid striker Rodrygo

Well, the first thing is that he could finally remove part of the burden of his shoulders, because not only is he a natural left winger, but he is the one who knows where the goal is.

Said he was among the “best players in the world” by Carlo Ancelotti, in 52 appearances last season, he scored 18 goals and provided nine assists in 52 games, which worked on average from an attack on all 1.92 games.

Then, this season, even if Los Blancos fought more, he still managed to write an impressive number of 13 goals and 10 assists in 50 appearances, which comes on average from an attack on the targets every 2.17 games.

For the context, Gabriel Martinelli scored ten goals and provided six assists in as many games, and Leandro Trossard scored ten goals and provided nine assists in 55 games.

So, with someone as effective as Brazilian out of the left, the Gunners Mercurial Number Sept would not have to do so much of himself, which could help him perform better.

The next significant advantage to sign the real AS is that it is more than comfortable playing right as well, so Arteta could more easily rest the Hale End superstar and help prevent it from undergoing more serious injuries.

Finally, during his stay in Madrid, the Dynamo born in Osasco won everything there is to win in the club’s match, league titles in the Champions League, so his know-how in these unmissable victory matches could finally help the North Londoners cross the line next season, and in turn, help Saka realize her dreams of leading the team to Glory.

In the end, when it will cost them a nice penny, Arsenal should do everything they can to sign Rodrygo this summer, because not only would it help to raise the whole team, but it could also be the perfect teammate for Saka.
