Arsenal and Tottenham could fight for the midfielder of the Premier League

Arsenal tries to attract Christian Norgaard to the Emirates to the potential replacement of Thomas Partey.
Several reports this morning suggested that Mikel Arteta considers Brentford captain as an experienced option if Party chooses not to sign a new agreement.
The Partey contract expires in five days and it now seems unlikely that it is renewed and will seek in the place a new opportunity abroad.
If the international Ghana follows Jorginho by leaving northern London, he creates a void that should be filled, even if Arsenal signs Martin Zubimenddi from Real Sociedad, as planned.

Norgaard was an impressive interpreter for Brentford since he joined the bees in Fiorentina in 2019, helping the club at the Premier League where they won like regular high level finish under Thomas Frank.
However, Frank’s departure for Tottenham can report a new era at the community stadium Gtech and Brentford could be willing to collect the 31 -year -old if Arsenal decides to make an official offer of around 10 million pounds.
Probably Frank will also want Norgaard
Frank can also see Norgaard as a good adjustment for Spurs who worked with him in the configuration of Denmark as well as in Brondby.
It is unlikely, however, that the president of the Spurs, Daniel Levy, would sanction a decision for a player in their thirties, the club preferring to target young players.
Norgaard played 122 Premier League appearances for Brentford, scoring 11 goals and adding 12 assists.
