Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni rejected the bad form of Colombia and insisted that they were “one of the best world teams” before their qualification of the World Cup this evening.

Everything indicates a victory at home, but Scaloni quickly learned a note of prudence.
He said: “It’s a bit strange to see them in this nest. For me, Colombia has deserved to win in the games that was unlucky. It is a misleading classification. Statistics do not always tell the truth.
“It’s a good team, I would say with the best world teams.”
The form of Colombia led to the criticism of coach Nestor Lorenzo, who also had to face information reporting with the star striker Jhon Duran after his withdrawal at half-time against Peru.
Duran withdrew from the team for the Argentina game citing a back injury – feeding speculation more – but Lorenzo says that it is simply people who grasp the wrong results to create additional problems.
He said, “Critics hurt, especially because of the things they have invented. There is a clear discreditation campaign, beyond the fact that the results were not good.
“We are in a hole but the group is united. We need three or four more points to qualify.
“I know we are going to qualify, I hope it will be tomorrow.”

The bad news for Colombia is that Argentina will be back in full force, prohibits the absence of the left back Nicolás Tagliafico due to the suspension.
Lionel Messi will return to the XI departure after having come as a second half substitute against Chile while defender Nicolás Otamendi and the fields of land Leandro Paredes and Enzo Fernández come back from suspension.
Lautaro Martinez was rested against Chile because of his commitments with Inter Milan in the Champions League final, but should start in attack.
Eithher Facundo Medina or Valentin Barco will replace Tagliafico.
