Anderson’s late penalty ensures the semi-final of Young Lions

The under 21 of England are on the right track to defend their crown of the European championship after the goals of James McATEE, Harvey Elliott and Elliot Anderson saw them ensuring a victory in the quarter -finals over Spain.
The confrontation in Trvana was a rehearsal of the 2023 final won 1-0 by England and this competition was just as tight.
England carried their luck in the first stadiums before a double shot of McATEE and Elliott put them in control.
Javi Guerra withdrew one for Spain before half-time, but they could not find an equalizer and Anderson’s late penalty confirmed that England would play the Netherlands in the last four Wednesday.
What a victory. What performance.

Fortune promotes England
England was slow of the blocks and looked at the sea in the first minutes.
Diego Lopez went inside the first minute and the Valence striker was also involved in a controversy a minute later with his shot striking Charlie Cresswell on his arm.
It seemed to be a routine handball, but referee Simone Sozza was advised by Var to go to the pitch instructor and duly reversed her initial decision.
The incident encouraged England to action and, after their first decent possession period, they took the lead in the 10th minute.
The left corner of Alex Scott was sworn around the six -meter box of Spain and McATEE was on site to stab the ball at home.
Scott narrowly pulled before England dubbed their advantage over the quarter -hour brand.
Spain has been amazed as Elliott Marque
Jarell Quansah ran without opposition over 40 meters on the verge of the Spain region and when his shot was overthrown by Alejandro Iturbe, Elliott was on site to strike in the rebound.
Spain was a game of shellfish and a beautiful game of Elliott and McATEE almost saw Tino Livreo adding a third.
The Santi Denia team gradually got back into the match and they received a second penalty with nine minutes to break, and it got up.
Scott lost possession at the edge of the area and Alberto Moleira seized the loose ball, led to the box where he was turned upside down by the tense leg of Quansah.
Guerra has shown admirable cool to place the ball with casualness in the lower right corner with James Beadle plunging opposite.
The two parties created chances after half-time with Adam Stansfield by seeing a deflected shot after a neat game of Omari Hutchinson, Cresswell heading a corner wide and, at the other end, Beadle making a double to Deny Guerra to refuse twice.
Anderson installs it
The game remained in the balance until the stop time when Jonathan Rowe hunted an apparently lost cause, but arrived at the ball before the Iturbe to Outrebe, and again Sozza showed the point.
Nottingham Forest Anderson midfielder, who was surprisingly excluded from the departure XI, was not mistaken.
Then, a confrontation with the Dutch, who obtained a remarkable 1-0 victory against Portugal.
The Oranje had Ruben Van Bommel, son of the former midfielder in Barcelona and Bayern Munich, Mark, sent 21 minutes.
The 10 men made a chance before Ernest Poku scored the only goal with six minutes to play.
