An overview of my well-being routine

Although I do not claim a price for organization or minimalism with my bedside table … It is a tool of tools and essentially organized essentials. They support my health, improve my sleep and set the tone for an upcoming productive day. I also mentioned in my usual podcast and published that the bedside table is also an ideal place to put visual reminders of healthy habits because this is the first thing I see in the morning.
Let me guide you through everything on my bedside table and explain why this is there.
1. Bot Mason the size of one liter with salt
First of all: hydration. On my bedside table, you will find a mason’s jar the size of a liter filled with water and a teaspoon of high quality mineral salt dissolved in it. For what? Because rehydration the first thing in the morning is not negotiable for me. During the night, we lose water by breathing and perspiration, leaving our body dehydrated. Adding a pinch of salt to water provides essential electrolytes, helping:
- Replenishment of hydration levels
- Support the adrenal function
- Balance hypertension
- Digestion
Sometimes I mix it by dissolving the salt directly in my mouth before drinking natural water. Anyway, this little morning ritual has a big impact on my energy levels and my general well-being. Recently, I used these salts without microplasts. Discover these messages and this podcast for more why I like salt!
2. morning and evening supplements
A good night’s sleep is only half of the battle; What you do in the morning counts as much. I keep my essential supplements on my bedside table to make sure I never miss it. Here is what I take and why:
- Magnesium breakthrough: I take magnesium in the morning because I am a reverse modulator, but many people find that it is more effective at night. Magnesium is essential for hundreds of processes in the body. It supports muscle function, reduces stress and promotes energy production. It is also fantastic to balance hormones and improve the quality of sleep.
- Pectasol: This modified citrus pectin is my Go-To for a sweet detoxification. He binds to heavy metals and toxins in the body, helping to eliminate them safely. I found it useful in my autoimmune recovery course and I take it regularly now to keep the inflammation under control.
- Masszymes: A digestive enzymatic supplement which helps to break down proteins and improve intestinal health. This is particularly useful if you have engaged in a heavy meal the previous night. I take this in the morning and evening on an empty stomach, but I sometimes take it with meals to improve digestion. It works differently when taken with or without food, so I mix it and I often do both.
- Just prosper the probiotics: A healthy intestine is the foundation of well-being, and probiotics help maintain this balance by supporting digestion and immunity. I also take this with or without food at different times.
- RX NEURAL OF WIRCH SCHOOLS: This changes the game for the health of the brain. It supports cognitive function, mental clarity and concentration. I usually take this in the morning for an increase in energy. Sometimes I take it at night and I usually have lively dreams when I do.
It looks a little crowded, but having them on my bedside table helps me remember to take them and I am much more coherent in this way. I like glass jars like these which help them to appear better. You will find the same pots on my kitchen table with other supplements than children and I take during the day.
3. Essential oils for better sleep
Sleep is sacred in my house, and vibrant blue essential oils are my secret weapon. I organized a collection of mixtures specifically for the relaxation and sleep of my friend Jody in Bive Blue:
- Parasympathetic: Calm the nervous system and promotes deep relaxation.
- Fascia Liberation: I have focused on the lymph and fascia lately and I love it for a movement and soft mobility before sleep.
- Lymph: A powerful mixture of oils designed to support the lymphatic system. I love it in combination with the feet on the wall and lying on an acupressure carpet at night.
I apply these oils on my wrists, my neck and the bottom of my feet before bed, and the difference in quality of sleep is remarkable.
4. Died support: Cytodétox and carbon cleaning
I also keep the cytodetox and the real carbon cleaning here. I will often take cytodetox in the morning and evening and a real carbon cleaning at night, as well as pectasol and masszymes. These are designed for.
- Support cellular detoxification
- Bond with environmental toxins
- Promote global energy levels and combat inflammation
Take the latter regularly helps me feel under clean tension and head.
5. Be calm for stress relief
Modern life can be overwhelming, so I made the priority to effectively manage stress. Being serene is a mixture of adaptogenic herbs and natural compounds that help:
- Reduce stress
- Promote relaxation
- Balance
It’s my go-to when I need to relax at the end of a long day.
6. Lights of blue light blocking orange glasses
Let’s talk about light hygiene. My orange -tinged blue locking glasses are essential to reduce exposure to artificial blue light in the evening. Blue light can remove melatonin production, which makes it more difficult to fall asleep. By wearing these glasses, I:
- Protect my circadian rhythm
- Improve my sleep quality
- Reduce eye fatigue
I also try to go to the lower and red / amber lighting of our whole house at night and to avoid the screens and the lights lively as much as possible after the nightfall.
7. Books that I currently read and my newspaper
Reading is part of my wind routine, and I always have a few books on my bedside table. Right now, I’m plunging into titles on personal growth, health and well-being. My Kindle also lives here for digital books.
Currently, I read or reread: awareness of Anthony de Mello, search for sense of man, the woman recovered by Kelly Brogan, braid of sweet agassa on the recommendation of a friend, four agreements and power against the strength of David Hawkins.
Alongside my books, it’s my newspaper and my planner, where I:
- Think about the day
- Note the gratitude lists
- Plan for tomorrow
This simple practice maintains me anchored and concentrated.
8. Daylight computer
Speaking of avoiding blue light at night … it changed the situation.
Yes, I have a dedicated computer for night use, although it quickly becomes my daily use computer. This daylight computer is designed with weak fem emissions and zero blue light, which makes it ideal for reading or writing in the evening without disturbing my sleep cycle. It is a life buoy for inspiration sessions at the end of the evening. It can integrate most applications and I use it to listen to audio books and podcasts, working on writing in Google Docs, taking notes, in digital journalization, listening to music, and more!
9.
The mouth ribbon may seem strange, but it changes the situation for breathing. By gently typing my closed mouth at night, I make sure to breathe in my nose, who:
- Improves oxygen intake
- Reduces snoring
- Improves sleep quality
It is a small adjustment with great advantages.
10. Sound Machine and Bleyout Shades
The creation of the ideal sleep environment is not negotiable. My machine has soothing white noise to drown the distractions, while my 100% hidden shades ensure complete darkness. These have changed the situation and can make my room completely dark even in the afternoon. I keep the remote control for nuances on my bedside table for easy access.
11. Load for my Oura ring
My Oura ring is my favorite laptop to follow sleep, activity and recovery. His charger has a permanent place on my bedside table, so he is always ready to leave.
12. Face Roller and Gua Sha Tools
Skin care is personal care and these tools help me relax and relax before going to bed. Sweet massage improves circulation and lymphatic drainage, leaving my skin radiant. I use the rollers from here and these Gua Sha tools and the cutting tools opposite.
13. Silk cap and Sleep scrunchy
Protecting my hair while I sleep is a priority. My silk hood and my brunchy prevent the breakup and keep my hair smooth and without tangle.
14. Lamp with a red bulb
Finally, my bedside table has a lamp with a red bulb. Red light does not interfere with the production of melatonin, which makes it the perfect choice for reading at bedtime or relaxation.
The point to take away
My bedside table is not only a collection of random items; It is a power of well-being. Each article serves a goal, supporting my health, improving my sleep and helping me wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. Whether you are trying to upgrade your sleep environment, improve your morning routine or just find new ways to prioritize well-being, I hope that this glance in my bedside table inspires you to create your own health focused on health. Make sweet dreams!
