Manchester United Manager, Ruben Amorim, says he “likes” to work with his players in his famous training 3-4-2-1 and found contrasting characters Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo “really fun” in the locker room since their high-level arrivals.
Amorim has repeatedly defended his favorite tactics since he joined United in November 2024 and has the possibility of implementing them with new players this season, including 62.5 million pounds Sterling and 71 million pounds from Mbeumo in attack.
“I am not the Manchester United coach because of the fame and because it is good,” Amorim told NBC Sports after his team beat West Ham 2-1 in New Jersey on Saturday.
“I really have an idea and I like to train my players. I really believe in my work – for me, this is the funny part. We have an idea and we try to use it every day. ”

“We have to give confidence to all players to play,” he said. “We need to use all the mistakes we made over six months to start in a different way.
“It was really difficult for everyone – all staff changes inside the club. But we needed it.
“Now there are more players to help [Fernandes] Direct the group. He gives the example – he works very hard, is always available and sometimes plays with pain.
