All train services to return in full operation from Monday, Israel Railways says
Damage caused by infrastructure and safety work in the areas of Ganot and Vitkin forced the railway system to suspend operations, the operations of Israel announced last Tuesday.
All the train lines will return in full operation on Monday, after almost a week of closures, the Israeli railways announced on Sunday.
Train services resumed between southern Israel and Tel Aviv on Sunday and reach Tel Aviv Hahagana station.

The disturbances were part of Israel Railways’ decision to “enter the opportunity” and add essential security work initially scheduled for September to current repairs to infrastructure damage.

The repairs were carried out on the railways between the Haganah and Hashalom train stations in Tel Aviv.
Israel Railways said he would provide free shuttles to complete transportation between Tel Aviv and the North, and between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, respectively. In addition, Tel Aviv’s tram has increased its activity in order to alleviate disturbances.
