Alan Ritchson of Reachor made his debut in a horror movie streaming for free

If you have already watched an episode of “Reacher” from Amazon Prime Video and you wondered what his obstacle hero would look like with frosty advice and a Preppy polo shirt, there is a film for you. This is called “The Butcher”, and the Slasher on a low budget 2006 marked the star of “Reache” Alan Ritchson in the first role on the screen in a film which was not made for television.

“The Butcher” arrived over 15 years before the model who became an actor was known for his adorable buff, the popular adaptation of Lee Childs’ action novels, and you can say that it is a product of aughts to a distance mile. Everyone is dressed as a character from “The OC”, and in a first scene, Mark de Ritchson makes jokes on unauthorized sex bands and tries to film his two friends becoming daring on his word to speak … by driving.

Regarding his premise, “The Butcher” seems to follow the well-extended path of the other films made almost at the same time, from the films “bad tour” to the remakes in mid-adjustments of “House of Wax” and “The Hills have Eyes” (not to mention the classics of the construction of Blueprint as “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre”). The film revolves around a group of six adolescents ready for the parties that are on the way to Las Vegas when their plans are suddenly derailed by a bloody car accident. According to an official synopsis of home media, they “then ask for help in an isolated farm, to discover a horrible family secret”.

Before he was Jack Reacher, Ritchson played in a DTV Texas Texas scam

The largely forgotten film was directed by Edward Gorsuch, and alongside Ritchson, he co-stars the theater actor Catherine Wreford and the horror producer Shoestring Tom Nagel. The comments of viewers on the internet are about as scathing as you expect for a direct scam with the Tobe Hooper video, but the film is remarkable for its previews of Ritchson, then in the middle of a first pass on “Smallville” and made its 15 minutes of renowned as a competitor “American Idol”.

In a video for Wired, Ritchson explained that he had beaten the chances by winning roles in his first three Hollywood hearings, one of which for “The Butcher” (the third audition was for the double of Movement of Ray Winstone in the “Beowulf” of Robert Zedeckis). As Ritchson said, “I was in a horror film entitled” The Butcher “, because I died really well in this hearing”.

Okay, then perhaps that his first feature film role did not win the status of King Scream, but it is one of the many early eclectic roles that have put Ritchson on the way to celebrity (and with him, “seller”). In the years that followed, the actor would make a stronger impression with the roles in “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” of 2013, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” of 2014, and even an episode outside competition of “Black Mirror”. Finally, he would end up participating in an eight-month hearing process which won him the role of Jack Reacher, the figure of quasi-mythological heroes greater than life which has now struck its path through three seasons and entertaining accounts. To see where it all started, you can watch “The Butcher” now on Prime Video or catch it for free via the streaming site fueled by Faweam advertising or the digital rental service based on Hoopla library cards.
