Zuza legacyThe influencer known for having shown his courageous battle against acute myeloid leukemia (LMA), died. She was 14 years old.
“It is with broken hearts that we share that Zuza died yesterday morning,” read a written declaration by family members on a September 23 Instagram post, alongside a photo of the teenager smiling on the beach. “She lived 11 of her 14 years with relentless cancer, but lived more fully and with gratitude than most. She changed us forever, and her dying will too. ”
“It is not a coincidence for us that the last video she made captures what she was grateful – a testimony of a life filled with beauty and suffering,” continued the post. “More than anything, she wanted to be a normal and healthy child. But what made her life so beautiful is how she learned to face the most difficult circumstances, like her illness, and to live fully.”
